Casa Spina is located in San Giovanni Teatino, just 2.9 miles from Gabriele D'Annunzio House and 3.9 miles from Pescara Train Station. I stayed one night. The apartment was spacious, and clean, with basic food/drink items and toiletries. The kitchen would be usable as is for cooking during a longer stay. It was a 5-minute walk across the street from the airport, i.e., perfect for taking an early flight as in my case. There is a cheap shuttle from Pescara Centrale train station to the Airport (via Trenitalia) that gets you there from the city centre. Communication with the host was very easy. Grazie!
