I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Santa Maria. The location is excellent for kite surfers. The whole ambient is amazing. The swimming pool is very nice and refreshing. The restaurant has excellent breakfast and gluten free options (not only sweet options as usual in Italy). Also, I enjoyed my lunches and dinners in the restaurant Santa Maria. The food is fresh and amazing and the portions are quite big. I also tried the massage offer through hotel and it was excellent and very professional. It is also possible to rent bikes from the hotel to go to the nearby beaches or villages. Would definitely come back again!

Location, location, location. Could not be better located if you’re looking to kitesurf on Lo Stagnone. Very clean, and staff was helpful and smiling.

Location was perfect fir a late flight arrival in Trapani - hotel organised taxi to pick us up - communications excellent

The accommodation was very nice, clean, and in an excellent location in the city center, yet there was no noise from the street, which was great. Everything was nearby, and I received very clear and easy-to-understand instructions for the accommodation — it is very well organized. The room was very nicely and modernly furnished. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty; it was not overcrowded, but there was everything you needed. I would definitely recommend it because I could not have chosen a better location.

The Hotel staff were so kind ,food was delicious 5 star style,we left for 2 days to a different city ,we couldn't come back on the day we had planned, we called and they did not charge us for that day.

Friendly staff, beautiful pool, great outdoor space, allowed us to stay after check out. Just a 15min walk into town but super peaceful

Hosts (ovner of the hotel) is incredibly friendly and helpful people. Swimming pool area and garden was lovely and good taken care of. Air conditioning placed and worked perfectly (not too cold during the night). Huge balcony Free parking lot, always available spot to park near the entrance to hotel. Very quiet place for relaxing. We felt more like a locals than tourists :)

Staff are great , great rustic setting you just wouldn’t get from a Premier inn type hotel, very rustic and unique. Place reminds me of the film Zorro . Would stay there again , pool was awesome and staff second to none, could not help enough.

The location is really good. It’s near to the port, the ferries and restaurants. The staff was really kind to us, they took the time to advise us about restaurants and places to visit. The room was very comfortable, it was everything we needed after a hot day exploring. We recommend it 100%.

Most impressive was the English-speaking receptionist Elena who helped me find bus schedules and gave directions on how to get from the airport to the hotel. The location is convenient for bus transportation to Palermo, the airport, the port, as well as Erice. The room, #301 was large and comfortable. There is a lift which is convenient if you have luggage. There are several restaurants nearby and places to walk in the historic area. Breakfast was excellent and begins at 7:30 a.m. a great choice if you are staying in Trapani.
