We liked the pool area although the pool it’s not heated. Breakfast is full of different foods sweet and salty. Best part are the staff.

The two top priorities, for us is location and cleanliness. We can honestly say that we were extremely pleased when we saw how clean the entrance, stairs and especially the rooms were! Location was so great because we never needed to use our car, unless visiting an area outside of Mazara del Vallo, i.e. Selinunte and Marsala, each about a 30 minute drive away. Our host, Vincenzo, was extremely accommodating, always just a phone call away. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area too, offering us many suggestions for dining. I highly recommend staying here and will be returning again when in the area!

The old city with a very special blend of Italian-North African culture and architecture, houses decorated with colourful Sicilian ceramics, the narrow streets and traditional piazzas, the doors painted by local artists, the multitude of restaurants with a variety of cuisines, many small shops with souvenirs and there's also a more modern shopping street with brand shops. The old city is not that big, but you can wonder a lot in its labyrinth of narrow streets, and it's car free there. The modern promenade by the sea is a good place to take a walk in the evening breeze. In the old city there were lots of events as dancing and concerts in the squares. City is full of history in its old part, quite well kept and clean.

Divided intro four neighborhoods, across four different religions and cultures, the city center is a jewel. A great tale of history and cohabitation. Visit the Muslim quarter, the churches and cathedral, all of them are extremely picturesque.
Also, stop by the icecream shop next to the cathedral park. You will find good coffee, cannoli and ice cream. Also, the restaurants are not to be missed, and you must try the famous gamberi rossi din Mazara, raw... they melt in your mouth.
Go see the miniatures of Ignazio Auguanno inside the Jesuit seminar building. A charming man and experience.

The city has a wonderful location on the southern coast of Sicily. The beautiful old part in the center has been restored and has become a charming place for a walk and an evening aperitif. The promenade is especially beautiful. It has become a favorite place for morning coffee and for an evening walk. The town itself is conveniently located for sightseeing in the southwest of the island and Palermo. It is quiet and peaceful and surprisingly clean unlike most Sicilian towns

There is so much to see and do in this small town with dome world class attractions including museums, churches, and amazing architecture. The 3 quarters—Arab, Jewish and Christian—are great to explore, also ruins and relics from Norman times. It’s got good facilities and restaurants, and is unbelievably scenic!

Lovely place, one of Sicily's more interesting smaller coastal towns. Some lovely architecture and urban spaces, good restaurants, very compact town centre -- and very clean and well-kept. Also the strong Arab influence gives it another dimension.

There are plenty of places to eat and the restaurants are good and reasonably priced. The view along the seafront is lovely, although there is not a sandy beach, so there's nobody swimming there.
It's not a town that is very used to tourists, so communication can be a little challenging at times.
In Sicily, in general, there is a problem with flytipping, and Mazara del Vallo is not immune to that.
Overall, it's a nice enough town for eating out, but not a huge amount to do other than that.

Toto the host was absolutely brilliant. he is the most energetic, welcoming person ever. the B&B was nice, clean and welcoming. we had a nice breakfast as well. Mazara it's an absolute gem of a city and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sicily. the only thing to take into account is that if you don't come by car it will be a bit too far to get in the city centre. if you are by car then I do recommend this place to stay the night!
It’s near the center and beach. It has everything available, including kitchen. It is super super clean, the cleanest accommodation we had during our stay in Sicily. The host is super nice and helpful. The quality and price ratio is great. In general, Mazara del Vallo has a lot to offer, and I definitely recommend this accommodation to people who are traveling through Sicily like we were.
Wonderful large villa with beautifully manicured and maintained grounds, surrounding a stunning pool, in a very quiet but convenient location in Mazara del Vallo. The owner/caretaker Michael is a true gentleman, out of sight yet always available for any query and full of local an regional knowledge, which made our stay all more enjoyable.
The breakfast was superb. Homemade tortes, eggs, lots of savory food, etc. The best breakfast that we had in our entire stay in Sicily. The hotel is in the historic center and easy walking to all the sites. Vito is a wonderful host and his parents made the incredible breakfast. A great italian experience. We would stay again.
