The quiteness of the place was what we loved in Sohar.
The quiteness of the place was what we loved in Sohar. Away from the noise and busy life of Dubai.
Availability of food from cheap street food to expensive restaurants was another major advantage and of course various cuisines.
Omani Shuwa was one of the best dishes.
Sea food cooked by small outlets was amazing.
Horse riding on the beach was fun
My suggestion to non-arab expats: this is not your country, so please try other country cuisines and explore different tastes.
Please drive and behave responsibly in public and maintain the decorum of that place, Dress well, avoid throwing garbage here and there.
Be civilized as much as possible.

its quite place has all your needs. Note for people who are looking for more facilities and options I would recommend to stay in Muscat since there are many options and places (malls, walking areas near the see & green areas)
