The young couple that ran this establishment were very friendly and helpful. The location was clean, spacious, and quiet. I was able to walk to restaurants and shops easily, and the walk was safe and enjoyable with shade trees and good sidewalks. There was a nice sized refrigerator in the room, along with a microwave, a coffee maker, a small kitchenette sink, and a table and chair as well as a comfy stuffed chair for reading or watching television. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was average size but supplied with everything you need; shampoo, soap and I saw a hair dryer in the cabinet. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Rooms were clean and organized. Check-in via kiosk was new but is nice because that means you don't always need someone at the desk.

Was there for a work thing didnt have time to see any sights or anything beyond that. Was easy to navigate to the location we stayed at and there seems to be an abundance of shopping and restaurants.

After visiting Coeur d'Alene, I could see myself moving there! This town is so whimsical and fun! I loved the waterfront and downtown area. The entire duration of my trip I felt safe, and that's very important to me.

I despise this hotel. Room was disgusting. Dirty socks on the floor. Stains on the bedding, open bottles of wine in the “office” behind the check in counter. Rude staff. We didn’t stay, left about 10-15 minutes after checking in. Was unable to get a refund. Was told to contact the manager next day for a refund. I’ve called 11 times and not received an answer. The phone rings through to a voicemail that says the inbox is full. Emails not answered either. Had to dispute the charges through the bank.. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

I was looking for property and Hayden is top on my list for Idaho. Feel of the woods, but not to far from essentials like good hospital, dining, and necessities. Highly recommended for hiking, golf, and summer sports.

The lake is beautiful, views are gorgeous, the old part of town quaint and nice, college area charming, but the new construction (shopping area, high apartment buildings) ruins the charm of the town and makes it look like a standard anywhere-in-US development. Downtown small and touristy. For food, try shabu-shabu in downtown (for some reason, it's called Hawaiian).

The bathroom vent had cobwebs and the towels were rough and smelled like bleach. There were several stains and marks on the walls. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. We could also hear the people next door.
Nothing worked the ice machine or soda.
The breakfast sausages were burnt and they had no fresh fruit available. Everything was just so disappointing. We got no rest at all during our stay.

Coeur d'Alene is a city absolutely worth visiting at least once!
After my first trip, I couldn’t resist going back, and it’s always a delight. It might just be the most beautiful city in the U.S., or at least my personal favorite.
The pristine downtown, set against a stunning backdrop of the lake and mountains, is absolutely breathtaking. The locals are warm and welcoming, and the food is excellent! Even nearby spots like Hayden Lake and Harrison are perfect for unwinding.

It was the same hotel I used to stay thirty years ago and looks like nobody has done any maintenance or updates . It’s good the bones are still there for someone who cares to add to Post Falls, not from it. The staff told me how wonderful their WiFi was, yet anytime we tried to connect it told us to get closer. I would have liked it in my room. Post falls is gorgeous and needs quality places to stay at a fair price.
