The shuttle driver (lady with long hair) was fantastic. She helped me with 2 very heavy bags and even got a cart when we arrived at the hotel. At breakfast, when the room was full and tables needed to be cleared, the management jumped in supporting the wait-staff. Excellent teamwork! Of course the breakfast was well presented and delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you all!

There is not one specific thing that I’d consider excellent. The staff is amazing (from the reception to the shuttle drivers), it is easy to make your way in and out and it is very clean might I add. The complimentary breakfast was also great. They did serve a variety and it was to the liking to my family and mine. Also the shuttle bus was also great! Efficient and quick. There was really no hassle

Located 18 miles from Dallas city center, this hotel is just 3 miles from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. It features an outdoor pool and hot tub. Everything was "no problem." The night clerk was warm and friendly. The room was spotless. The gym was posted as closed at 9 p.m., but at midnight, he said, "Go ahead. Use your room key." Taxi was there at the stroke of 7:30, as requested. For a hurried stop, it was as relaxed as could be! And, the price was right!
