This is our go to place when the airline lets us down. Sadly this happens enough for me to earn a lot of Hyatt points just from my stays at DFW. This hotel has a restaurant, a bar, a grab ‘n go coffee/sandwich shop and a lot more. the airport shuttle is dependable and its super we close to DFW. If your luggage gets lost, or it’s checked and you can’t get it when “they” cancel your flight, ask the desk staff for any toiletry needs. Super Bonus, they’re complementary! So you won’t need to bother with the drugstore vending machine, it’s over priced and unnecessary.

They don't clean your room unless you ask them to and I was not aware of that. I had to ask for clean towels and put my used towels in the hall. I have to do that myself at home. I was in town for my son's wedding and needed to relax a bit before the big event. I stayed at Best Western 2 days later and they clean your room, no asking! Get off the Covid excuse! The Best Western was not half as classy as y'all say you are, but they Clean. Your. Room!!

I loved my room.
I loved my room. Took a walk around Main street. Met a pretty realistic Elf and enjoyed some of the best french fries I've ever had 🥲 I'll definitely stay here again if I find myself in this side of Texas 🙂

Comfortable bed, big TV, clean room. Shower was awful, room was not cleaned when we returned. Had to ask for coffee cups, trash to be taken out, towels were replaced, but not the toilet paper. The hotel lobby and elevator floors we really dirty, stayed that way all weekend. Web site said free continental breakfast or al la cart. No free breakfast.

Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, the rodeo in Fort Worth, Plano. Still, you definitely need a navigator app on your phone for relatively painless getting around. The local roads are very well maintained and the street names are easy to identify.

We travel to Grapevine from OKC at least once per year. It's a great weekend getaway destination. Wilhoite's in downtown Grapevine is a great restaurant and bar with live music on Saturday nights. You can also sit out front, have a beer, and hang out. Meat U Anywhere is a fantastic bbq joint. We also enjoy In N Out Burger as we are CA natives and don't have them in OK. We always shoe shop at the Grapevine Mills Mall and never leave empty handed. The vibe in Grapevine is equal parts relaxed and cool. The people are friendly. There's actually a lot to do here but we have such a great time at our regular spots.

Everything was excellent as far as the staff and facilities. The only thing we found was that our room was not cleaned properly. We found toys from the guess before us and the night stands were not clean. Other than that it was an excellent stay. I would recommend this place to others.
