I love the 24 hour pool, love the no hidden fees or extra hold costs, I love the morning pastry selections (so good), staff was always nice and quick to answer questions. I liked that the hotel was within 30 minutes or less of all our destinations, we ate at texas de brazil, getting around is easy, I mean we still had to use map, but who doesn't these days, we went to Grandscape (ferries wheel, shows, food, and more), we went to WorldSprings (which was awesome because they have an adult only section), we did TopGolf (Tuesdays are 1/2 price). I like this hotel. I like simple and clean and good prices.

Staff was not informative nor accommodating; $75 pet charge was a hidden fee for me; had to change rooms after getting ready for bed because floor by bed was drenched; new room a/c was too loud and couldn't sleep

Good overall except for the construction mess all around. Not the property's fault but pictures are deceiving. A few good food options close by as well and the indoor pool was a plus since we stayed on a rainy weekend!

It was located between my friends home and my doctor.

It was located between my friends home and my doctor. It is close to activities in Fort Worth and there are good places to shop. The holels are less expensive than those in Fort Worth and if you know the traffic patterns it is easy to get around the DFW metroplex.

It was so comfortable, functional, and attractive. Beds were great. Sofa and sitting area was comfortable and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would like every place I stayed at when traveling to fit the standard of this hotel!

I liked that the staff was extremely friendly. It set the tone as soon as you walked in. Our front desk person, Lamar, was so personable and friendly. I immediately knew that I had made a good choice in booking this hotel after conversation with him during the check-in process. My family was comfortable as well whenever we needed extra towels, blankets, etc. We especially liked the kitchenette! We went to the grocery stores which were nearby and we were able to cook our own food and eat when we got ready to eat.

Staff are amazing and the hotel is lovely. Room was exactly the same as pictures. Bed is very comfortable and room is cosy. Staff went above and beyond l. Lots of things to do close by. Shuttle service is great too. My stay was 10/10
