The staff was extremely helpful at checkin. I had dinner the restaurant The food and wait staff were exceptional. I had to leave early the next morning so I didn’t have breakfast. The shuttle service was very efficient

Location and staff were good and it met my expectations. Frankly the lobby area needs an overhaul. More attention to detail. Lobby and booth chairs in the restaurant need to be refurbed. The staff made the difference, did not see any one from management, it was a weekend so they may have been scheduled off. Mind you I am not mad, I would stay again, but I now know what I'm walking into and bring my expectations down. I have stayed in over 50 Embassy Suites all over the country. Thanks for this review it allowed me to flush the missed expectations.

The staff was really nice, but the shower head leaked all night. Had to place a towel under the door so I wouldn't hear it. The rug must have just been cleaned; the chemical smell triggered an asthma attack, and the lighting is pretty bad. The use of those new "bulbs" did not provide enough lighting in the room; it felt like a 3-hour stay place from my youth. My stays at Holiday Inns are usually really good - I have to say - not this time around. Not worth the price at all.

Dallas is great. Go to North Dallas area for a better location and more entertainment and shopping . Chose Frisco, Richardson. Arlington, Plano, Grapevine, McKenny, anywhere North of downtown Dallas is better . Enjoy

It is a great city with attractions. Restaeal estate is a big plus.urants and shopping nearby. The stars arena is within walking distance. It has cute antique shops and a serenity garden. Public transportation is great both bus and trains. Of course Uber and Lift is available. Motel Inns and suites are plentiful. Numerous major highways e city.and thorofares are thruout the city. Real Estate is a valuable in all price ranges. Great City.

I had the layover in Irving due to continuous delays and cancellations for my trip.
I was so thankful to be able to get a room at the Wyndham and they did not raise prices knowing people would be desperate to get a room.
That was much appreciated.

I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Addison. From the time we arrived everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and nice. The breakfast was great too. For the price I was not expecting a hot breakfast every day. Waffle, Sausage, Eggs and Potatoes and of course your traditional continental things I couldn't believe it. For this price it really doesn't get any better than this. I was in town to visit my loved one in the ICU for a week and my stay here made a trip that wasn't so great better. Thank you!

This hotel is newly managed and some rooms were still being renovated. I chose this hotel because of the convenience to downtown Dallas. The new renovations were beautiful. The rooms was large with a kitchenette in the extended day part. Very clean and large bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and professional. They helped me book an extra day when my stay in Dallas had to be extended by a day.
The only downside was because of the new management, they were unable to serve the hot breakfast until they got their license. Instead they prepared a grab bag for everyone. Also the hot water on the 3rd floor took a long time get hot. I am sure this will be remedied as renovations and updates are completed.
I would stay here again. The kitchenette was great for me since I was in Dallas for 5 days.
