We were there for the BEAT tour at the Majestic Theatre (which was phenomenal). We've really enjoyed downtown Dallas on three separate occasions (mid-August, Late september, & late October). Right now it's our preferred city in Texas (over Austin & Houston). San Antonio doesn't even count, it's more of a northern Mexican city...

We were in Dallas for our daughter’s wedding.

We were in Dallas for our daughter’s wedding. Most of our time was spent going to and from wedding related events. We found a place off north Central Expressway. Distances in Dallas may be short but traffic is a real issue. Plan accordingly and just because something is 7-10 miles away, know you cannot count on getting there in less than 30 minutes.

One of the worst, most pathetic breakfast selections I have ever seen in a hotel, literally pathetic 30 USD for a small bowl of fruit, which was the only edible item apart from an overload of sugar on everything else; I have seen better selections at a camping site in the bush, appalling for a 4 star hotel, more like a one star

I loved there was so much to experience.

I loved there was so much to experience. From the Texas state fair to the many options to.tour. I really loved the tours I booked. The first was an all day with the first half going to fort worth and the second a tour of downtown Dallas. My second tour was a.food tour which gave.me the ability to taste many different restaurants with a great tour guy explaining and showing some of the reasons the food is so great. The down side for me was parking and or the public transportation. Parking was extremely stressful and expensive and I couldn't even understand the public trains. They may be easy for those that live here but for someone who has never used them before I didn't want to spend the time to understand them.

It's an interesting city with sites to engage you.

It's an interesting city with sites to engage you. The city is large and spread out but traffic seems to Flow freely. Thanksgiving Square was a nice touch of a peaceful retreat in a big city. Pioneer Park was interesting and seeing the Victorian houses on Swiss Avenue. Didn't eat out as l was invited to dine in with family for the 3 nights l was there.

good except for the airports struggles, the airports can make thing easier but they choose not to and the very rude , miserable people that are just working for a pay check not for customers service. they forget that with out travelers they would not have job. The airline need to choose better to who they hire because some of the employees are so rude that should not be working with that many people in front of them. if they are not people that like people they should get a different job. Just for your information, Frontier airline left 5 people, behind including me that I had checked in at 4;00 o clock in the morning on travel day. disgusting, because they sold our seats. I had to pay over $500 dollars to buy a flight ticket from other airline to get myself to Dallas where I had convention. they have not return my money or phone call yet. very disappointed with that part but you people did great ! THANK YOU

Very comfortable room in a great location in downtown Dallas! Paid extra for a city view and it did't disappoint, beautiful view of Reunion tower. The included breakfast was also great, much better than I would usually find in a hotel. Manager Neal was also very helpful so thank you to him. Would definately return for my next stay in Dallas and absolutely recommend!

Modern hi tech hotel in downtown Dallas with a fantastic rooftop pool. Electric curtains and rain shower were particularly good features. Special mention to Ivan in customer service who really helped us out when we left our passports in the room safe. He personally posted them to us and checked that we received them. A real hero!
