good except for the airports struggles, the airports can make thing easier but they choose not to and the very rude , miserable people that are just working for a pay check not for customers service. they forget that with out travelers they would not have job.
The airline need to choose better to who they hire because some of the employees are so rude that should not be working with that many people in front of them. if they are not people that like people they should get a different job. Just for your information, Frontier airline left 5 people, behind including me that I had checked in at 4;00 o clock in the morning on travel day. disgusting, because they sold our seats. I had to pay over $500 dollars to buy a flight ticket from other airline to get myself to Dallas where I had convention. they have not return my money or phone call yet. very disappointed with that part but you people did great ! THANK YOU

My stay was terrible to say the lease.
My stay was terrible to say the lease. When I booked the stay, they asked me what time would my flight arrive so their free shuttle service would pick me up (I'm still waiting on that pick up). I had to uber to the hotel and I mentioned to them twice that they owed me for the cost and they ignored me. They stated their system was down and that's why they couldn't get my calls. We had no wifi, no cable and no local tv service. Then I was told to call IT to get the tv fixed (um, I don't work there) then the pool was closed the 2nd day, so there was nothing to do. I had to go through many steps to have the manager call me who told me to reach out to Booking.com & have them to call him for a refund...well guess what? Out of all the 15 phone numbers listed online, I am not able to reach anyone, so I am out 300.00. Never again, I hate this place. That's why he told me to reach out to them because he knew I wouldn't be able to.

Things were accessible within a short walking distance.
Things were accessible within a short walking distance. I did not realize the number of homeless people who slept on the streets. Very eye opening and pitiful. The hotel made sure they did not bother their guests.

Dallas is a great city for navigation.
Dallas is a great city for navigation. Coming from San Antonio, a city that is experiencing major growing pains and construction on all highways at the same time, that says something. Given it's size, Dallas is very easy to drive and there are plenty of public transportation options, especially downtown area. There is a plethora of things to do, especially if you aren't a sports or history fan.

SOOOOO much to do in Dallas-and even more with Ft.
SOOOOO much to do in Dallas-and even more with Ft. Worth and Arlington in close proximity. Some of my fav's have been the Dallas Aquarium, Perot Museum, and Ft. Worth zoo. My family loves to stay at the Cooper Hotel because the grounds are beautiful. We recently stayed at the Lorenzo hotel and will say if you like eclectic vibes, this is the hotel for you-amazing.

My first time in the Downtown Dallas area.
My first time in the Downtown Dallas area. There are a multitude of eateries all around the Arts District area and it was fun choosing places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you're a walking kind of person, Dallas Downtown is one you will love to explore. We enjoyed the outside seating of Doc B's Restaurant and Bar. Also, Wagamama-Dallas was unique in its Japanese fusion flavor. Shivas-Indian Cuisine was fun as well. On Saturday nights they have live music for our enjoyment. Have fun!
The best feature was the location. I was going to a Dallas Stars game, and it was close enough to walk to. Even though no one else seemed to walk that far (1 mi), the path was mostly well lit and you're walking through gentrified areas. This also may be the closest place to the AAC that doesn't charge for parking. Otherwise, it's your basic budget hotel. It's fine for a night's sleep.
Very comfortable room in a great location in downtown Dallas! Paid extra for a city view and it did't disappoint, beautiful view of Reunion tower. The included breakfast was also great, much better than I would usually find in a hotel. Manager Neal was also very helpful so thank you to him. Would definately return for my next stay in Dallas and absolutely recommend!
Characterful hotel with period features in great downtown location. Modern with free wiFi and morning coffee. The red horse in the lobby and on the room became the symbol of Dallas, so we felt we were staying somewhere that was part of Dallas history.
The location in downtown Dallas was great. It was in walking distance of several great restaurants and the area seemed clean and pretty safe. The room was comfortable though it was a bit dated and could have used an update.
