The owner even drove me to the grocery store and got a sim card with me and I didn't even suggest it! I am super happy to have had a relaxing and nice stay here. The shower was great too. I recommend staying 2 days if you really want to recharge. There's not that much In the area but still nice restaurants and café to explore. Most people only stay a few hours to catch a flight after. But I stayed 2 days and it felt like a had a gigantic apartment to myself. If an older guy approaches you that's the owner's dad. I wish I knew that beforehand cause he invited me to have a drink. I regret saying no. Hope to come back in the future!

They even picked up from airport at a very nominal charge. Adjacent restaurant was also good. We had a good soundless sleep for nearly 6 hours to get charged up for our next trip. It was a very nice experience here.

I didn't stay at this hotel to tour the local town, but only for convenience near the Hanoi international airport, because I had an early morning flight and was concerned about unpredictability of traffic from farther away. I did extensive search to find a place close to airport but inexpensive price and still good quality. The Family Transit Hotel in Thach Loi satisfied everything I was looking for, and was so much more in quality and customer service by the staff there. Personalized shuttle service from hotel staff got me to international departures drop off within about 10 minutes of when I came down to front desk to check out.

Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

They helped us in almost everything. They arranged our private car from Noi Bai International Airport to Sapa, our Halong Bay Tour, and our Ninh Binh Tour, and they trusted us with our payments upon check in at the hotel only. Upon check out, they also helped us arrange our car transport from the hotel back to Noi Bai Airport, plus they assisted us in our luggages. Located in the Old Quarter which was very central to most things in Hanoi. Didn’t take us long to and fro Noi Bai International Airport. The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was well kept everyday. The restaurant located within the hotel served lovely food as well!
