Our flight from London was delayed by 15 hours so landing at 11pm into JNB and it was a delight to walk 100m to the hotel with young children with us, feeling safe. The rooms were beautiful, the beds were incredibly comfortable with lovely linen and the mini bar was well stocked.

Located in Isando, 13 miles from Johannesburg, City Lodge Hotel at OR Tambo International Airport features an outdoor pool and fitness center. The location was great. Walked straight from the hotel corridor into the airport terminal.

It features an outdoor pool, bar area and a buffet restaurant called Bernoulli’s. the shuttle to and from the airport runs every 15 min round the clock. An awesome service for visitors. The concierge service is very efficient. The Reservation staff handled our 4 different bookings very well. Ms Sarah Moyo in particular was a super help and support through some difficulties i had with 1 booking. The housekeeping and catering staff are also very good. the breakfast buffet was so amazing. We are all vegetarian and the food was perfect. Southern Sun is certainly my go to hotel in SA.

Protea Hotel by Marriott O R Tambo Airport is located in Kempton Park, 2.2 mi from the O.R Tambo International Airport and and 0.6 mi from the Rhodesfield Gautrain Station. The bed was extremely comfortable, the most comfortable I've slept in in a long while. The lady at check-in was super helpful and friendly in spite of having a long line of clients.

Ithonsi Guesthouse and Spa enjoys a location in Kempton Park, 8.3 miles from Saps Mechanical School Golf Club and 12 miles from Observatory Golf Club. Had an amazing stay at the end of my holiday. After a power surge shut a lot of the electricity off Bekhi did all he could to make sure it didn't affect us too much and we were very grateful. The room itself has everything we needed and was clean and comfy.
