Customer service with the booking was phenomenal with concise and clear step by step instructions. Response time to any questions was nearly immediate. The apartment was spotless, the location was PERFECT, the beds were comfortable and the view was great. HIGHLY recommend this booking. and my only suggestion is to take it slow in the parking garage, and if possible, avoid bringing the EXT version of a large SUV. Everything exceeded expectations.

Located in a lovely area and the place is beautiful. Very comfortable and great amenities included. Owner was really accommodating with check-in times and letting me bring my friend when they needed a place to stay the night in Toronto. Super fast at replying to my inquiries as well. Instructions and pictures were clear on where to find the lockbox. We appreciate it very much!
