To date, this has been the most luxurious experience my family and I have had. The room feels like a mini-apartment and makes you feel right at home. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, and nice pillows. The bathroom is spectacular, with plenty of clean towels. There are two TVs, one in the main bedroom and another in the living room. The hotel is located in downtown Toronto and steps from everything, so we parked our car at the hotel for our entire stay and only walked to our tourist destinations. The hotel also has a laundromat with very affordable rates. If we were to visit Toronto again, we would definitely stay here.

Well located. Amazing view of Sankofa square - felt like Times Square! The staff were very helpful and more importantly timely in their responses. Checkin and checkout went smoothly.

Better direction to the property. All that the instructions could have said was after exiting Union Station walk straight along Front Street till you reach the Podium street near The Mall Hotel then take right all the way to Queen St West turn left and turn right on Phyresene Street near Shoppers Pharma then left. The third house is 59 Wolseley. Prompt and positive response from the host.

We arrived on a late afternoon international flight & took the UP Express to Union Station. Hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Room was comfortable & close to many restaurants to choose for dinner.

It was a wonderful stay, thank you to our host Tara for being so welcoming! The apartment is in the best location and the kids loved it. We travelled to e.g. Niagara from Union Station, which is just opposite, and the lake is within easy walking distance.

The location is perfect. It is across Union Station and within walking distances to Eaton Centre and excellent restaurants. The hotel's interior is superb. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The painting on the wall was lovely. The bed was very comfortable, and the washroom was clean, functional, and had very nice toiletries. The internet worked well. The hotel's hosts were courteous, professional, and efficient.
