The room was spacious and clean with great amenities and the location was superb. Everything was within walking distance, we truly loved it. The two bathrooms were also a great touch for us, since we were two friends traveling and it proved to be very convenient.

From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Perfect location, really close to the Union Station, The Well, supermarkets, Spadina Avenue and everything else. Lovely staff working tirelessly who kept everything running perfectly. The room was excellent, with big bunker beds, huge lockers and a very good bathroom (one for each room) The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise. Lots of common areas and places to socialize.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the financial district about 2 mins walk from Union Station, streetcar lines, and subway lines that takes you anywhere you need to go. The staff was super nice, everything seemed new, and the lobby was always lively with people hanging out or working to create a fun and vibrant atmosphere.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Every staff member was very friendly and approachable. Price was decent. The location was great - just a 20 minute walk to union station. The breakfast was included in the price and it exceeded my expectations. It was a full buffet with pretty much every breakfast food you can think of, even donuts! Would 100% stay again.

Excellent location - we stayed here for the Toronto marathon and the hotel was 10 minute walk from the start and finish line. Close proximity to multiple restaurants, grocery store is literally next door. Nearest public transit a couple minutes walk down the road. Reaching hotel from airport easy (Pearson express to Union station, then train to hotel). Location feels safe. Coffee maker with coffee pods available (and easily replenished), kettle and cutlery upon request.
