1) Very big and spacious room (1 bedroom and 1 living room). Plenty of room to open 2 large suitcases.
2) Easy to find halal / muslim restaurants.
3) Located directly in front of a hip trendy area. Has%Arabica and other coffee shops. Some coffee shops and restaurants at the ground floor.
4) Staff able to converse and communicate in English.
5) Bonus point is each room has washer dryer and they also provide laundry detergent. 10/10!

I like staying in serviced apartments because they come equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave and are thereby very handy for self catering during longer stays. The price was very affordable, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is in an old hutong area, so has a more local flavour. There is a Jing A craft beer bar very close by. If you want to be close to big shopping malls getting a bit further south to Wangfujing might be a better option.Guest review byGecko70Young couple

Kitchen at B1 had coffee machine, pots and pans etc. The stove was easy to use compared to other stoves I had to work with in some other rental apart hotels in China. There is a farmers market in 5 min walk which sells everything we need. Subway station is within 5 min walk. Traveling with a toddler, so I need good kitchen, washing machine and fresh produce available in a walking distance. This hotel was it.
