Serviced apartments in Nice

Apartment was very spacious and very clean. Also which I didn't expect was plenty of appliances in the kitchenette. Bathroom is very spacious, big towels, warm water. Breakfast is also recommendable. One of important thing is that the hotel is only 3 minute walk from railway station and 9 minute walk from Tram station L1. Lady at the front desk was very helpful, very keen to help and very polite. I hope that we will come again and visit this beautiful hotel.

Convenience location! Friendly staffs. Very enjoyable stay!

The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was decent and the luggage storage in the lobby was handy.

Location and proximity to public transport.

The residhome is very close to the Nice airport, so it is no fuss to arrive late or leave early - super convenient for travel. The kitchen is useful if you want to fix your self breakfast or a meal. It is also convenient to take a bus from near the Residhome to Sophia Antipolis or a tram in to Nice. This way one can avoid renting a car which I find is quite a hassle to drive and park in the Nice area.

The location of this apartment is right on the promenade. It was noisy due to the traffic outside but the location and view couldn’t be beat.

This us perfect place for staying with family. Very kind stuff, well-equipped rooms, a lot nice places are very closed

Nice people on the reception Good heating in the room Comfy beds Convinient location close to all infractructure

The apartment was very nicely furnished and very clean. Host was very nice to meet us and helped my 85 or old mom with her suitcase.

The property closed to all near by famous places and restaurants, also room are very comfortable for 2 people for budget accommodation in summer time.

Very very comfortable and spacious, beds were very comfortable, great location, appreciated the washer and dryer and full kitchen facilities!

The building felt super safe and location was perfect. We were in the centre of all the restaurants and shops, and could see the beach from the doorstep. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, which was extremely useful. The best part for us having visited in the summer was that it had AC!!!

The exceptional factor of this property is the location - perfectly placed for whoever wants to get the most out of the Nice city center, without getting into a car. The apartment is compact, 2 bedrooms, comfortable and clean.

I have visited Nice quite a few times and will continue to do so. I am happy to finally have found the perfect place to stay. 5-star service with a personal touch in a relaxed atmosphere. The room was very spacious and included a kitchenette. Combined with a huge bathroom it completed the feel of old world luxury with modern amenities (all airy and spotless). Fun common spaces, nice art exhibition and a lovely garden. A spot on mix of old and new.

It is so close to the tram stop and we were able to reach the beach within 20 minutes with transportation which was perfect for us and the building was serene during our stay. If we ever return to Nice, we’d like to stay here again ;)

Everytging, cery clean, very organized, very clear rules, very nice staff, I forgot the name of the receptionist but he was 10/10. Close to many bis stations, and occipied with all the necessary equipments.

Really nice, brand new appartment. Confortable bed and shiny new kitchen tools and shower.

The room was clean and it had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The refrigerator is large, and the AC was cold

Check in was super easy. Clean room, great view from the balcony, comfy bed. Close to train station, market next to the entrance. We were in room 702 and there wasnt any smell from toilet. I definitlly reccomend 10/10
