All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My travels caused me to be delayed and because of that I checked in at 10pm. When I notified the staff, they were extremely hospitable and very supportive of the changes and helped throughout the process; even though it was after hours. Additionally the restaurant and bar were just the right thing after a long day on the slopes, and again the staff were phenomenal!

The residence is quite nice, easily accessible from the slopes - direct ski path right to the door which takes you to the ski lifts. Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Quiet place overall. The spa zone is nicely made and decorated. Great view from the apartments and almost perfect location.

absolutely everything at your fingertips for a family. The magic carpet, grocery store, ski rental, pool, laundry, and more were all within a stones throw. ideal for a family with small children. Having a small kitchen was huge too!

Very spacious room that suited the needs of our 10 person group perfectly. The room was comfortable with good facilities all in working order. Nice location in small, quiet but pleasant village at the bottom of Tignes.

    Great Ski in-out apartment hotel, very spacious, big balcony with a stunning view, the staff was very helpful and reaponsive, and the apartment was very clean upon arrival. Convenient kitchen with all needed appliances etc. Breakfast was ok but needs an upgrade. Will come back again.

    Very good location 2min distance to main lifts (Palafour, Toviere and Les Almes). Is a ski-in ski-out location, of course depending on the snow conditions. The Apartment is very convenient and has all you would need for a comfortable stay, even for self catering groups. The view from the balcony is also fantastic - towards the mountains and the rest of the resort
