1. Location, the hotels just 20 steps from Manchester Picadilly station exit door, surrounded with plenty of cafe and food, and just walking distance from market street and St. Peter's Square 2. Accessibility, every train (city tram, local train, and also national rail) are all stop in this station. The bus stop is right next door, the taxis are abundant near the hotels. 3. Room was extremely huge and comfy, far above my expectation, it has a huge dining room, two bed room with double bed and the dining room has another 2 sofa bed. It has a huge windows with expansive city view, and also 2 full size bath room. 4. Power socket everywhere 5. Very helping staff, especially Darya, she helped all my needs, including early morning taxi in new year.

Room was really spacious and had everything you’d need - fridge, cutlery, cups, kettle, oven, microwave etc. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were exceptional. Breakfast included the morning after our one night stay was a nice touch also!

from the minute we arrived the staff couldnt do enough we arrived ,1 hr early and the receptionist apologized and said our room was not ready I wasn't expecting it to be . she showed us where the coffee machine was and said help ourselves . over the next 2 days everything was perfect the room was amazing and location was perfect it was the best hotel we have stayed in
