Jamie and Alex at reception was the best way to be welcomed, such fun vibes! It was great to be able to use the bookable locker system pre-check-in. Handy location, especially for the train to the airport and food options. Cute fun branding throughout the room. The size of the room was awesome

Room was really spacious and had everything you’d need - fridge, cutlery, cups, kettle, oven, microwave etc. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were exceptional. Breakfast included the morning after our one night stay was a nice touch also!

from the minute we arrived the staff couldnt do enough we arrived ,1 hr early and the receptionist apologized and said our room was not ready I wasn't expecting it to be . she showed us where the coffee machine was and said help ourselves . over the next 2 days everything was perfect the room was amazing and location was perfect it was the best hotel we have stayed in

Perfect location right in the city center on one side of the Arndale shopping center. We had our windows on the backstreet so it was quiet enough (on the other side there's tram lines right in front so not sure if as quiet). Close to instant reply for any question we had. Absolutely clear and easy checkin with mobile unlocking of front door and apartment door. Has all needed facilities - we did not felt we missed anything.
