The owner, Flavio, was very welcoming and nice and offered us many helpfull tips. The apartment is located right in the center of Bellagio, a 3 minute walk to the lake. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you would need.

Perfect alternative to staying in the very expensive Grand Hotel Serbelloni but having the use of all of their facilities! The two properties are linked by gardens so it does not feel separate. Rooms very well equipped and still touches of luxury from the main hotel. There is a lovely roof terrace where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine! The facilities in the Grand Hotel Serbelloni are stunning and we loved using the pool and walking through the gardens. It is perfect location for exploring Bellagio.

The apartment is perfectly equiped for a couple. It has everything and it is very confortable. The location is excellent very closw to the ferry station.

Residence la Limonera is a very beautiful accommodation in the heart of Bellagio. Our room had views of the garden as well as a little bit of view of the lake. The room was very big and the beds were comfortable. We had one room with two beds (one double bed and one double sofa bed), but the beds were partitioned by furniture, which was great as we had some privacy as well. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The generosity and hospitality of the staff was exceptional. Communication prior to arrival was fast and proactive. They even offered to pick me up from the ferry terminal and provide a lift to the apartment (saving me lugging my suitcase up the many stairs to the apartment). Although it’s a little removed from The centre of Bellagio and the lake edge, it was a great location and still had a beautiful view of the lake from the apartment window.

amazing views over the lake both day time and night. a little away from the hype of Bellagio which we liked but it did mean a 25min walk in and out into town and to get ferries. staff were very accommodating and picked us up at the ferry and dropped us back there when we left. Arianna was great to communicate with and quickly told us about a landslide that had blocked the road and would affect our chosen route up there and helped us figure out an alternative. A great breakfast in the morning! beds very comfortable and the terrace was a great place to end your evening sipping a glass of local wine! Found Ne’ne a lovely little bar just 5 mins from the property to stop for a beverage on the way home!
