Highly Recommended for travelers. Near to Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha Temple, Bangkok Museaum and Golden mountain. The staff is very friendly and front desk lady is very kind. Rooms are very clean and tidy. They provided good service for my money.

I absolutely loved it here. It was my adult Disney land. Free gym classes every morning if you are a guest, fab gym, sauna, pool, onsite massage, weed & dogs. I lounged around in my robe here for a few days, it felt like I was at a spa! Nice local places to eat across the road, 7/11 across the road and a great coffee place 'Brew Alley' a 5 minute walk away. Be sure to check it out. The employees here are fantastic. Super friendly and lovely.

Service was amazing, this place has definitely improved a lot compared to the previous reviews. I was really surprised that on the day we checked in the manager was at the front desk greeting us and explaining everything we needed to know about the hotel. Contary to some other reviews, I thought the bathrooms were great. Towels were changed everyday and there were extra towels too. I saw previous reviews about the water not being hot enough and was a bit worried, but it wasn't a problem at all. You just needed to not put the shower at max water pressure (which was ridiculously strong anyways at max power) and/or adjust the max temperature of the water heater under the sink. Most importantly, the shower has a glass enclosesure with doors! I've been to so many hotels in southeast Asia where the showers were small and didn't have much of a separation from the toilet. Much less a door. Just don't point the shower head towards the door and it won't be messy. The beds were amazingly comfortable, it's a shame that my schedule was so busy I couldn't spend much more time sleeping in them. The room I stayed in had a random jacuzzi in the bedroom. I couldn't help but laugh out loud when I saw it for the first time. I didn't use it but I guess if you want to have a romantic bath time with your significant other it would be useful. The electric sockets were all international friendly and the ones in the bedrooms also had usb plugs. I didn't need to use my adapter at all. Swimming pool use is by reservation and you can book up to 2 hours for private use. I think this is better because then you don't have to deal with other people, especially families with rowdy kids.

Location of the property is excellent (close to the train station: gold line, and to IconSiam mall). The room is top notch (clean, wide space, and well-organized) and you can even watch Netflix before going to sleep. The owners and the staff were well-accommodating.

    The location is perfect. I have stayed here before as it is a convenient location to transportation (junction of BTS and MRT) and terminal 21 mall. Foodland supermarket and a 24-hour restaurant is close by. The front desk at the time of check in gave me a quiet corner floor of the aparthotel. The room was big for a studio with kitchenette. I was happy because it was quiet.
