The studio is perfectly located, just one block from the metro and in 10 minutes or less you can reach all the main spots (museums etc.). It’s clean, cozy, comfortable and has all you need exactly as shown in the pictures. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in DC!

We had the 2 bedroom unit on the 5th floor. Our stay was very comfortable, can’t fault anything. The 2 bedrooms were spacious. Master bedroom’s bathroom should hv a hook behind the door. We are just 4 adults and being in Georgetown makes it very easy to walk 4 or 8 mins to restaurants and shops. There’s a CVS within 6 mins walk and Traders Joe 10 mins walk. Only the Metro is about 15 mins walk. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and location

Highlights: excellent location, spacious and clean apartment, very comfortable beds, friendly staff. The AKA White House apartments are in an excellent location for visiting the White House and all of the main attractions in DC. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and with one ensuite bathroom and a second, separate bathroom. The bedrooms were large, with ample storage and wardrobe space, and very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were of a good size and were equipped with good quality towels and toiletries. Whilst we did not cook, the kitchen area was equipped with a large oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and all the cutlery, crockery and glassware that you need. The lounge area was very comfortable, with ample seating. There was a large TV in the lounge, and a large TV in each of the bedrooms. The WiFi connection was strong throughout the apartment. Air conditioning was available throughout the apartment, which was essential in August. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there is a comfortable lounge area by reception, and a bar. There is also a cinema room, and a small gym. There is no restaurant on-site but there are plenty of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants within easy walking distance. Two Metro stations are close by, within 5 to 10 minutes walk, for visits further afield, such as Arlington Cemetery and the Capitol. Overall, we had a great stay at the AKA White House. It was ideal for what we wanted, and we would certainly stay again if in the DC area.

The hotel is very well located. The room was big and very well equipped. The most important part of the experience – is this huge marble mansion where the hotel is situated in. Really remarkable.
