We booked a two bedroom deluxe apartment but they upgraded us to their super premium apartment which was beautiful and had the marina view. Their floor staffs - Abdullah, Amir, Ishaq and Bawan were very accommodating and helpful. They always kept the apartment clean and tidy; at the same time they were extremely well mannered which made our stay more pleasurable. The hotel features certain rooms with city views, and each room is fitted with a balcony. All guest rooms will provide guests with a desk and a coffee machine. All was good with the stay. Rami and Meena are exceptional at the reception.

The en-suite bathroom is fitted with double sinks, a shower, soaking bathtub and complimentary Elemis toiletries. The staff were exceptional, especially Mr. Ahmed who played a big role in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the location is perfect, and the service was outstanding thanks to Mr. Ahmed and his professional team.
