Careful attention to every possible detail was visible throughout our stay. We loved the mix of older style comfort and modern amenities. The spa in the basement was a particular plus. And having a direct view of the Neuschwanstein castle was a highlight too - it was the first thing we saw in the morning and one of the last things at night. Breakfast was tasty too, and every request we had was fulfilled quickly and in a really friendly way. Wherever we’re back in the region we’ll be staying here again.

Great location, nice breakfast (they have bacon and sausage and scrambled eggs along with their cured meats, cheese, fruits and cereals), very friendly and accommodating staff, we had the room with a balcony which is a bonus in Europe!
