The property is in a great location, newly appointed, with great views. Georgia picked us up on arrival and dropped us back to the airport - she was so contactable and hospitable. A wonderful experience.

Everything was excellent, very comfortable, very clean, new, well thought out, well maintained and we were looked after from the first minute to the last. The block of apartments stands in its own grounds only 3 mins walk down to the beach and tavernas and supermarkets are then a few more mins walk from the beach - it was perfect for us as a family of four with two children. As there are only 10 apartments and everyone has different routines the pool is never too busy and there is always a surplus of sun beds. It's that sort of thing which made for a relaxing holiday for us as there was no jostling with other guests for anything and the level of service from everyone who works there was highly professional and immediate whenever called upon. Taxi from the airport is only 10 mins, and then you can catch the bus or take a small ferry to reach other parts of Skiathos, all about 3 euros and kids under 10 for free. It all made for a memorable holiday and we will certainly return. Many thanks to Yannis and Dimitry and everyone else. And a terrific breakfast too!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Althaea Luxury Rooms at Skiathos, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely ideal –right next to the bus stop and just a short walk to the town, making it incredibly convenient to explore local attractions, restaurants, shops etc. Despite its proximity to the town, the establishment remains incredibly calm, no noise disturbances at night. The room was impeccable, and I loved having a little private terrace. The modern, high-quality decor and appliances added to the overall ambiance and comfort of the space. One of the highlights of the establishment is the pool, which was well-maintained and added a nice plus to my overall experience. Also the coffee at the bar was excellent ! I regret discovering this a bit too late. A special mention must go to the manager, Alkis. He was extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of his way to provide recommendations and accommodate guests as much as possible. I will definitely return and I highly recommended Althaea Luxury Rooms.

They were so helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations about where to go and what to do. They were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location was super nice. It was very close to the town, airport and both ports. There was no need to rent a car. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. There was a kitchen with a big fridge and all the tools for cooking. It had two balconies with chairs and tables with the possibility to dry swimming clothes and towels. It also had an amazing view of the sea and the airport so you could see the planes landing and taking off. We highly recommend staying here!

This is a lovely, family-run property where you can truly feel the care and hospitality. Christos, the host, and his wife Vaso were fantastic — very friendly, always pleasant, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location is ideal: right on the main road in Agia Paraskevi, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The area itself is very nice, with great tavernas, several supermarkets, and a bus stop nearby — making it easy to explore the entire island. It’s also perfectly positioned if you plan to visit other beaches. The apartments are spotless — cleaned every day, airy, bright, and very comfortable. Towels and sheets were changed every other day. The bed is large and very comfy. All linens and towels were brand new, and the kitchen and bathroom equipment were modern and in excellent condition. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend Golden Evelyn to anyone visiting Skiathos. We will definitely return!

Amazing stay! The owners are wonderful kind friendly people! And their cooking is absolutely delicicous - we have never had better souvlaki :) our stay was perfect, booked a room with balcony and sea view, the view was breathtaking, room was spacious and cleaned every day. The views from the villa's restaurant were a bonus to the great breakfast served...there was a choice of everything for breakfast, was quite enough for us! We travelled around the island,there is free parking below the villa, and every evening we went for a walk to the main town...it's not far,very convenient location! Our last day we could even stay as long as we wanted in our room because we had a later flight and there wasn't a sameday booking for our room. The owners were really great to make that possible! We loved everything about this place! The apartments are really spacious, comfy, and equipped with all amenities. They are located right in the middle of the town, above the main walking street. It was super quiet in April, not sure about how it's going to be in summer. Good thing is that the windows have double glasses so you don't hear much noises coming from the road. The owners are also super friendly and helpful. Irene is really a sweetheart. We'll be back for sure!
