I'd recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Kyoto but doesn't want to stay in the city center. There's a 7/11 very closeby.

First the hotel was clean because for me its a priority.second it had everything you needed and last i have to say one of the reason i put a 10 is the hostess she was the cutest and most amazing in every way,i believe its a must to stay here

A large and extremely comfortable bed. Excellent air conditioning. Plenty of bathroom amenities. Free coffee 24/7 near the reception. Although the hotel is far from the city's main attractions, public transportation is very convenient. The surroundings are quiet and very pleasant, many small local restaurants, streets that maintain the original character of the city, an excellent laundromat 2 minutes walk (160 meters!!)

Basically a serviced apartment, which was huge!! (30msq) with own kitchen and washing machine. Super comfy beds and comforters. New furniture and new look.

Short walk to the heart of Gion shopping district, but on the quiet side. Family Mart literally next door. 5 min walk to Sanjo Station. Great for our family of 4. The tatami futon mats were actually very comfortable. We loved everything and highly recommend.

The room and bathroom were huge and spotless, super equipped. Very comfy bed. The guesthouse is nested in a quiet and typical Japanese neighbourhood.

Very well decorated, comfortable, great location, and the common room was a big plus (when we brought takeaway food it was great to eat here). Very helpful staff and within walking distance to all the shopping and food destinations.

We arrived lunch time, but there was no space in the lobby for leaving bags, but the amazing staff in MONday did what they can to make our room available for us to drop our bags. It is very clean, staff extremely friendly, and its a comfortable and cozy place to stay. Will definitely stay here on our next Japan trip.🤍
