Stayed here for one day before our excursion to the Jungle but we liked it so much, we ended up getting another night here after coming back from our Jungle Adventure. First night we got a value room. Nice space, extremely clean, and good air conditioning in the room. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. Also the breakfast is on the 4th floor overlooking the city. The employees are super helpful and my Spanish is not good but their English is exceptional. For our 2nd night we got the Deluxe Apartment and it was totally worth it. Really nice kitchen area along with the bedroom and bathroom. We paid for laundry service and it was 7 soles per kilo! Also did late checkout and it goes until 10 pm. It is a bit less than half the amount of the room rate but it was worth it for us. Overall one of the better places to stay in Iquitos and would definitely come back in the future!

Our host Guillermo was helpful from the get-go. He made sure we understood the fair rate for transportation, made calls for booking a boat to Leticia. Asked a carpenter to stop working - it was loud- when we arrived back to our room. We didn't make this request, he just did it. He allowed us to check out late with a very very small fee. Instructed the moto-taxi driver to help us with our bags at the port. So kind and joyful, always smiling.
