The cleanliness, the amenities and the staff. Very spacious and very comfortable. Response rate is excellent. We contacted them last minute and they were able to accomodate us at such a short notice. They have a manager who oversees your checking in and checking out. Very friendly and helpful. The Manager’s English was not perfect but we were able to communicate. The owner’s English is good. They were also upfront about all extra charges like electricity. Internet was also excellent.

I found the location excellent: right at the beginning of the trail that leads along the coast downtown. I expensive with all the amenities I was looking for, responsive and kind host. Great place!
