On the opposite side is nice small store where you can buy groceries. Apartment itself was roomy, cozy and bed was great to sleep in. It has fully furnished kitchen which was helpful. We enjoyed the stay by walking in the surrounding nature and after that we relaxed on the balcony. Host was really nice and she provided us with tips about what we can see and do in the area. The balcony overlooking the garden is so peaceful and the kitchen was well equipped (even with cooking oil!). We appreciated the free public transport 'Guti' tickets. Bayerisch Eisenstein is a pretty but small village. It might be useful for travellers without a car to know that there is no shop for groceries in the village, we had to get the train to Železná Ruda in order to buy food etc. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime!Guest review bySarahYoung couple

The bathroom is small, but everything is there, even a rainshower shower. Balkony to sit on in the morning or afternoon. We were met by the owner on arrival and handed the keys, but there is a keysafe as well. The house is very near the woods and the Czech border and train station, good for walks. Area great.
