The location of this property is far up a hillside. A car is essential. It is very private, with a gated entry to a private driveway, and it's in the middle of an orchard. There are good restaurants within 10-15 minutes' drive. A large food market is further afield, but there are mini markets very close. It is central to sights on the north end of the island and also the volcano. The house is large, great for a family and entertaining. it boasts a well equipped kitchen, BBQ, two patios, a larger than usual washing machine, and plenty of parking space. There is a large bowl of fruit and a bottle of local red wine on the kitchen table at your arrival.

View from the terrace of Mount Teide and the nearby hills was a 10, quirky two part flat. Abi was so wanting that my stay went well. Bed comfortable. Enjoyed being in such a rural location and up and down walk to the bus stop at Los Pinos, friendly local cafes and mini supermarkets in La Floride..Nice walks at park Caderna, north of Aquamansa. Bus 348 to Mt Teide passes Los Pinos.

Very clean, very spacious, very well equipped with everything you need and lots of treats from the host which is very nice. Everything has been thought about with nice decor and plants etc. It is a very comfortable place to stay, there is also an area outside which was useful to dry our washing. The bathroom was very clean and everything was nearly new. If you are visiting Orotava or the surrounding area this is a great place to stay, it is on the way up to Teide national park. The parking is outside the front door in a residential street which is very convenient for suitcases and shopping.

The house is very well equipped, cosy and comfortable. Not so far to the beautiful Oratava city (30 minutes by walk). Very good typical restaurant nearby.

We had the most amazing time at Estancia Luciana. The location is absolutely stunning and very dramatic and a lovely walk to the centre of La Oratava. We don’t drive so used Tenerife’s amazing public bus service and it was easy to get there from the apartment. The accommodation was spotless and modern and very comfortable and with great utilities and pool. Close by to great local restaurants. We will be recommending this place to friends and family and we hope to book again in the future! Correspondence with the owners was very straight forward - thank you!

Spectacular views, wonderful location just on the fringe of L'oratava - super tranquil! Very clean, spacious and well equipped - I will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone. Id like to bring my entire family back :)

The apartment was very clean, well equiped, in a quiet location. It has a nice view of the Teide volcano and a heated pool. The parking is inside the complex. The communication with the staff was great. I would definitely come again.
