Great quiet location. Easy access to the town centre and a short 25 minutes drive to Valencia city centre. Free parking on the street. Place was super clean. We visited in December and hosts went above and beyond to make sure we stay warm during cold nights. Lovely, quiet place run by great people.

The owner was a very pleasant helpful person, ready to fulfill our every wish. He left his phone number so that we could contact him with any question, but this was not necessary, because all the technical devices in the apartment worked properly. The accommodation was clean and tidy with comfortable beds and clean linen. The accommodation was equipped with modern appliances, such as a washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, iron, TV, etc. The apartment had air conditioning, there was a balcony where we could dry laundry. The accommodation was located in the centre of the area and it was easy to get to shops, places to eat and a bus stop.

We love the location, it's a quiet neighborhood, accessible by public transport going to Valencia City center, a lot of option with metro lines, and we were lucky to have witnessed their yearly easter celebration and we loved it. The linens are clean and bed were comfy and almost complete kitchen wares, maybe I would suggest 1 more casserole and a kettle for boiling water 😊otherwise there's the microwave for heating coffees, besides those we had a great stay. And ifever I will visit Valencia again, I would probably choose this apartment 😊

very nice place to stay at. it has it all, generous equipped kitchen, spacious, balcony, comfy bed and couch. and a warm shower😀 And down the street a big playground for the kids.

We liked the space we had in the apartment, it's big and clean. Good bed and great shower. Also Netflix and a little balcony. It's located in a neighbourhood outside of the centre, but it is easy to reach with public transport. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants on walking distance. Very friendly hosts, good communication.

The apartment is very nice with 2 bedrooms 🛏 living room and balcony. It's very clean and aircon and a fan in every room. Also they put some cookies 🍪 and chocolate 🍫 for the guest in the kitchen. Communication with the owner is very good and fast.
