The Apartment was clean and had all the comforts as at home. The balcony was lovely, we ate breakfast and sipped wine on an evening watching the world go by, a lovely view!!

    The property was very nice, clean and spacious in a very quiet part of Dartmouth. It was split over two floors and had a lovely modern feel in what is a very old building. We loved the old stone feature walls within. The apartment was full equipped with all that you needed for a self catering holiday, the bed very comfortable indeed and the shower fabulous! Communication from the management/owner was very clear and our queries were responded to very quickly.

    The location was excellent. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, furnished with taste, and in very good condition. It had everything we needed for a short stay. It was very quiet too. The views down the quaint street towards the church were enchanting.

    The flat was self catering with all facilities provided. The best feature of the flat is itslocation within short walking distance of the harbour and town centre. It’s location means it has the benefit of flat access into the centre.

    The location, with views over Dartmouth harbour to the river, is right in the heart of the town. The included parking space was easily big enough for my Audi A6 and not too far away from the apartment. Dartmouth itself is full of nice pubs, restaurants and shops, all in easy reach. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and the dining area in the main room is fine for eating in and we made good use of it.
