The apartment was luxurious and nicely furnished. The heating worked perfectly and the bathroom had sufficient immensities including a bidet! The location is perfect since there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby and taxis are readily available.

The property offers reliable air conditioning, good soundproofing to combat very noisy surroundings efficiently, and a basic set of kitchen utensils. Importantly, the property owner is always available, providing a sense of reassurance and support. The location is central, but the urban situation is such that one can only be partly happy about it. It is impossible to get to the building via sidewalks; people often have to step onto the roadway. The interior and furniture are not bad.

    It’s a small but really great apartment, perfectly clean and with everything you need for a short stay. Location is perfect. You are in the center of Batumi and you have everything you need on a walking distance. The host was exceptionally friendly and very nice. Communication with the host was easy and he was always responsive. We had a huge terrace with great view on the city. I will for sure return back to this place.

    I enjoyed staying in this apartment. Very nice, clean and fully equipped apartment in a great location. With Nuri lake nearby, 5 minutes to Batumi historical center and 7 minutes to the beach. The host was nice, helpful and quickly answered any questions I had. This is a great apartment for long and short stay 👍
