I’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments in Tbilisi, but this one is my favorite! The location is great, the apartment is very clean, super comfortable, and even better than in the pictures. It has everything you need, and the owner is very kind. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again!

I recently stayed at the Qstay Gratus Hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the overall quality of the experience. Close to many halal restaurants at walking distance for food lovers. The parking facility is incredibly convenient. No hunting for spots or worrying about security. The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in ensuring everything is pristine. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the fresh and inviting smell that greets you as you walk through the doors. It's a small touch, but it made the entire atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. Finally, the value for money is outstanding. Given the top-notch facilities, cleanliness, and overall service, the price was more than reasonable. This hotel truly offers great value, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and hassle-free stay!

These were amazing apartments with a spacious layout and a separate bedroom. They are perfect for a stay of several days, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook comfortably. There is also a dedicated workspace with a proper desk, making it easy to work. The lighting in the room is exceptionally well thought out: bright general lighting, large panoramic windows, and beautiful ambient lighting in the bathroom at night. The staff at the aparthotel were very responsive and helped with any questions. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine, which made one of our evenings even more enjoyable. The soundproofing was excellent—we never heard our neighbors, which made our stay even more relaxing. The location of the apartment is quite high up, but taxis easily reach the building without any issues. Lastly, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, creating a great first impression and maintaining comfort throughout our stay.

This was our second time staying in the same hotel apartment building, but with a different direct owner — and this one was truly a standout! The apartment was spotless, offered great value for money, and was very comfortable. We also loved how easily accessible everything was, with supermarkets and other essentials just a short walk away. I booked this serviced hotel apartment late at night, and when I arrived, Georges at the reception was super helpful. He mentioned that we had booked a random room, so we don’t get a balcony! I really thought I’d get a room with those features, so I recommend double-checking what you book to avoid disappointments. Plus, it’s not soundproof, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. Since it was already around 10 PM, Georges called the owner to get us a different apartment without any extra charge. I wish all places in Tbilisi had someone like him—helpful and speaking English, which is pretty rare! Overall, a great experience!

    We had a very nice apartment with two small balconies and view on the Jewish Museum. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and washing clothes in the central washing machine was very easy. For sightseeing is the location perfect, nearly everything in Tbilisi is in walking distance. If you have a rental car driving and parking in the narrow maze of old town might be a challenge.

    The location is unbeatable, literally minutes to all of Tbilisi's landmarks. The studio apartment is very clean, has all the amenities, coffee, tea, shampoos, etc. As you enter from the yard it is very pleasant sitting in the inner courtyard and on the balcony. Check-in and check-out very easy, the host has stored our luggage for us for free.

    It was in the center of everything. It was very clean and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The flat had everything you need as essentials, and the penthouse is apcious and comfortable. The penthouse view from the balcony is surreal. Everything in the hotel was excellent. I recommend it for whoever wants to visit Tblisi.

    We enjoyed our stay in the flat very much. Excellent location in a spotless clean and modern apartment. Comfortable beds with quality lines, the entire kitchen is well equipped and supplies for laundry. The minute you step out you will be in a very quiet street and after you take a 4 minute walk you will get on the central avenue of Tbilisi, with hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops. Keti is a great host. She was helpful and responsive to all our needs. Thanks for a lovely stay. Definitely will return.

    Convenient location in the old town of Tbilisi, few minutes to the Freedom Square, Betlemi Church and Narikala Fortress. Spacious studio with living room/kitchen annex, separate bedroom and bathroom. Amenities include large fridge with freezer, washing machine, TV set and fast WiFi. The flat uses gas for heating and hot water, just like most other apartments in Tbilisi. No problems with check-in and check-out, flexible and helpful owner.

    Great location very close to Metro Station, a Spar supermarket next door and good Wi-Fi. The apartment - Studio flat - was a good size, clean, compact with a fridge, working Aircon, and the shower was excellent. When I arrived there was no kettle or rubbish bin but Tea - the owner/hosted- sorted that out very quickly. She even let me do a load of laundry. There is a lift - although it’s pretty old and cramped but it does work!

    This flat, located in the very heart of Tbilissi, is managed by a very kind and friendly family. Gvanca, Manana and Vardo did their best to make my stay in their lovely studio apartment (nicely decorated by Manana) pleasant and smooth.They have always been willing to help me and thanks to them, I have spent a great time in amazing Tbilissi. I highly recommend this place to all the travelers wishing to find the best value for money in a friendly and central environment.
