The host was extremely nice and accommodating. It was central and easy to walk to the train station and sights, as well as shops and restaurants along the shore of Lake Maggiore. The apartment was roomy for a couple, comfortable and set up well. It had a refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, cooktop, washing machine and drying rack, as well as basic food staples like coffee, sugar and seasonings and cleaning supplies including laundry soap. There were AC mini split units in the living area as well as the bedroom, controlled separately by a single remote. There were also some additional food and drink items for purchase if desired on a pantry shelf. It was a great spot for our stay in Arona and we would stay here again!
