Everything was great. The apartment was clean and spacious, all the amenities you may need. This is one of the few properties in the close vicinity of the old town that offers affordable gated private parking, which puts it in front of the other properties in the area, if you're arriving by car. If we ever come back to Bologna this will be our first pick for sure.

The location was wonderful; it was convenient for everything. Santo Stefano Piazza, which is beautiful and buzzing was only steps away. Decor was lovely; everything new. Superb bathroom/ shower.

It has everything you need: kitchen, main area/bedroom, and a bathroom. The bathtub has Jet streams if you wanna take a relaxing bath. The kitchen has an induction stove and plenty of utensils for cooking. There is also a washing machine if you wanna wash your clothes. The interiors are gorgeous and brand new (especially the bathroom). The owner is really nice and, besides the typical courtesy water bottle, she provided 6 welcome pastries that we could eat the next day for breakfast and several coffee capsules for the coffee machine. The apartment is in a great location, just a 10 min walk from the city center. Overall, 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Easy walk from the train station and into the city centre of Bologna. The apartment is in excellent condition with recent renovations/updates. A/C works great, great water pressure in shower, and there is a small balcony as well. It is quite small but works well for a couple or single traveller. Host was very prompt to meet with us and provide check-in/check-out information.

The place was very clean and AC in each bedroom and living room. It's close to train station and old town. The cafe downstairs had some prepared food, lots of local meats and cheeses and great coffee. The host was very responsive and gave great recommendations. I look forward to staying here again,

Nice facility, very clean. Friendly, helpful and caring staff. Very well located, and acessable by several bus lines. Close to the train station too. Clean and comfy with a nice atmosphere. Would go there any time.

    The location was perfect, near the historical centre and only a few steps away from the train station, yet very quiet. Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice terrace facing an internal condominium garden. Everything was very clean and modern. Easy self-check-in. The apartment was on the ground floor, but felt safe with no windows facing the street.

    We rented a one bedroom apartment with an extra bed in the living room. There was no bed and no living room. It is a studio flat with no privacy. The photos were fake. They charged us an extra fee that was not in the deal. We were in three adults and had different schedules but there was only one key and no way to get into the flat without it. This was the worst experience I had with booking ever. And booking.com did not respond to my complaints either. Very unprofessional to say the least.

    Apartment is great. Very quiet, cozy and fully equipped. In the apartment you can find everything what you will need for great and peaceful stay. Big bonus for the closed and safe parking for the car inside the condominium. Location is perfect, because it is very close to the old town of Bologna, walking distance. In vicinity of the apartment are supermarkets (INs and CONAD), restaurants, café bars, salumeria's, enoteca's and much more.

    Quiet ground floor studio apartment in a block of flats in a residential location. All self catering facilities provided so we could have cooked for ourselves. Short walk to bus stop into Bologna centre, but we preferred to walk straight in. 30 mins.

    Excellent location for the train station and also close to the old city center. Spotlessly clean studio apartment with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Easy and friendly check in. Quiet building and with windows closed the street noise was reduced to very little and you can have a good sleep. Excellent bed and modern kitchen and bathroom.
