Cheap hotels in Bologna

It was an excellent experience. Room was big, cozy and clean. We liked a lot the design of the whole hotel, and it's vibrant atmosphere. Attention to details and eco-friendly and sustainability angle was great. Staff amazing! Proximity of the central station was a big plus!

The staff was very helpful, manager Federica and other were there to assist all the time! Parking is big and free, very quiet place.

Excellent hotel, very clean room and excellent breakfast and Swiming pool Reception person was very kind. Best place in Bologna.

I love to get to know people while traveling and it was a pleasure to get to talk to the staff. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. My vibe for Bologna was good, but they made it excellent!

I had a great stay at UNA Hotels Bologna Fiera. The breakfast was truly impressive, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to choose from every morning – definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel overall felt very value for money, offering excellent comfort and service at a fair price. The location is a bit outside the city center, but public transportation was convenient and easy to use, so getting around was not much of a problem. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna.

I ended up staying 5 nights, was basic. staff friendly although some didn't speak English. Just 3-4 minutes walk to Cavour and 4 to bus stop 30 to take you anywhere in city center. would definitely recommend. for budget travel.

Fantastic location in the center of historic Bologna! My room was comfortable and they have a very good assortment of food for breakfast.

The location was perfect, literally at the main square where the action is. The unit had a kitchen, a study, a bedroom, and a bathroom with some nice views. When planning the trip, I was guessing a bit about where to stay. To say I lucked out is an understatement. I would absolutely stay there again.

I loved my stay at this apartment for 2 weeks in Bologne. I met the host at the Mango shop on via Rizzoli and the apartment is through a secured gateway nearby. There's a small lift up to the apartment floor. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, cooker; the bathroom is huge and includes a washing machine and spacious shower. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The sitting/dining area was exactly as shown in the photos. While there were 2 large windows, there isn't a huge amount of natural light as there are buildings directly opposite, especially in the kitchen but as I was out most of the day, this wasn't an issue for me. There was some street noise and there was a party either in the apartment building or in the nearby pub on one of the nights but again, not a big deal for me! I loved the central location - opposite Piazza Maggiore and within easy walking distance of the train station (about 20 mins walk). Lots of shops and restaurants all around - I was spoiled for choice! I felt very safe both in and around the area. Just one thing to note, I couldn't book a taxi at the weekend as via Rizzoli is pedestrianised from late Friday night until Monday morning but there is a taxi rank on the far side of Piazza Maggiore or the bus stop to the train station was about 10 minutes walk away. Also the bins for the apartment are across the main street.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful room . Every detail about accanto alla piazza has a “homey “ feel for lack of a better word . I loved my short stay here . I live in central Italy and I fell in love with Bologna and I hope to come back and hopefully you will have space available. You truly have a special place

The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of Centro and near the most visited sites in Bologna.

The room that I get was way too good for the money

The hotel is located close to the center, it takes 5 minutes to get to the center station by bus number 30, and it is 15 minutes by walking. The rooms are generally clean and cleaned every day. The breakfast is sufficient, the staff are kind and helpful .

The hotel is really nice; rooms are well furnished with quite new furniture, and bed is huge, but more important very comfortable. AC was working really well. Bathroom is big and shower with bathtub was really nice. Good quality toiletries. Minibar with 2 free cans of water (still + sparkling). We were on the 13th floor and the view was quite nice. Overall we felt that room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was continental with good food choices.
