Beautiful, peaceful and absolutely spacious small villa on a quiet, tucked away street in Capri! We loved our patio with the best view every morning and every evening at sunset. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us some simple breakfast and small apertivo moments on the patio. And best of all the comfortable beds in the bathroom for every room. Be sure to use the concierge service to book an incredible boat ride around the island which was the highlight of our trip ! The concierge was attentive and so helpful all week.

The owners were delightful! Simone met us at the ferry and provided free transportation to the apartment. He makes sure guests are happy and well accommodated. The apartment was clean and spacious with air conditioning which is a must in the summer months. There is also a little grocery store directly across the street which we visited a few times to purchase essentials as well as some fresh fruit for our mornings.

Great location, clean, good price. Francesco was so accommodating with my mom and I. He gave us all great recommendations, also we realized we had forgotten our passports at the apartment while arriving in Naples. And Francesco made sure he sent them to us by the next ferry. I totally recommend the place because you don’t have to deal with taxi, or the funicular when you arrive in Capri. Excellent location.

This is a stunning, high-end apartment on the ritzy island of Capri. It’s located near the end of the exclusive shopping district on Via Camerelle—just steps from the Gardens of Augustus and the main Capri center—yet it remains wonderfully quiet. The apartment sits just above a beautiful floral wall and is accessed through a private gated entrance. As you walk up the stairs, you’re welcomed by a striking mosaic of the Faraglioni rocks and a covered terrace that opens into the home. Privacy shutters line the glass doors, revealing a bright, airy, and breezy living room filled with original paintings of the island. The A/C (one unit in each bedroom and one in the living room) worked perfectly and kept us very comfortable. The main floor includes a spacious master bedroom adorned with elegant fresco-style paintings on the doors and headboard—reminiscent of an emperor’s villa. Upstairs is the second bedroom with two comfortable twin beds, a cozy sitting area, and a balcony overlooking the living room. This room has its own full bathroom complete with all amenities—hair dryer, robes, soaps, and more. Downstairs, the master bath is equally luxurious, with double sinks, a large shower, toilet, and bidet. The kitchen is spotlessly clean and fully equipped for cooking, with thoughtful touches like snacks and beverages generously provided. Outdoors, there’s a second refrigerator stocked with water, a washer/dryer, drying racks, and even an outdoor shower—perfect after a beach day. Francesco and his wife were wonderful hosts. They greeted us personally on the first day and made sure we understood every detail of the apartment. Francesco remained available throughout our stay, offering recommendations and assistance whenever needed. We’ve stayed in many beautiful apartments over the years, and this one ranks among the very best—for its location, elegance, comfort, and the warmth of its hosts.

    The room was very neat, cozy, and lovely. It had a very inviting atmosphere. It was very convenient to have breakfast right there in the studio apartment. There was great Italian coffee available in the kitchen. And... a beautiful lemon tree was right outside the porch door. And we want to say Thank You to the pleasant lady who met us and said good-bye on our departure day. She tried really hard to communicate in English and sounded really sweet and friendly.

    The location was optimal, beautiful views of the coast. Pierluigi thought of every detail. it is well equipped has everything you need for a short stay. We were only there for a night but we could easily and comfortably stayed for longer. Most importantly, he is a great host, always checking in to see if we needed anything. ready to provide recommendations. Martina waited for us at the port and walked us to the apartment where we got the keys from Pierluigi. Such a nice touch and such an amazing place.
