The Relais Maresca is a little slice of heaven in gorgeous Capri! This was my second time staying there and I love it because everything is top-notch. The manager, Antonio, remembered me at check-in and welcomed me back to my Caprese house. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is warm, friendly and very attentive to your needs. Breakfast is amazing with lots of delicious choices, and it’s served on a terrace with stunning views. My friend and I loved being steps from the ferries, restaurants and shops- it’s the perfect location.

Wonderful hotel! close to the city center ((3-5 mins walk after funicular station). The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and big. The staff (Antonio) was very friendly and pleasant, he sent a list of the recommendations to my phone via Whatsapp, it was very helpful. Capri itself is amazing and beautiful. Highly recommended to stay at Casa Dani Capri.

Great destination for a Romantic summer vacation.
Great destination for a Romantic summer vacation. The sea was just the best (and I have really high standards for that). Great restaurants but relatively costly. I suggest to stay close to center for sightseeing and stay close to a beach (suggest Marina Piccola) for swimming.

If you want to be in the main area of town, it would be easier to book a stay in the town center. AnaCapri is quieter but nice too and farther away. Take a day to visit the citi center shops. A 1-3 days depending on interest level to explore hikes and different locations including a boat tour and a day to relax. You cannot walk everywhere, you need to hire a taxi or tour or rent a vespa. Only locals have cars. Otherwise you hotel may have a shuttle service.

Capri is stunning in terms of geography and views.
Capri is stunning in terms of geography and views. The town is up from Marina Grande (the port where most arrive) and there is a cable car that takes you up to the main square, the Piazzetta. The town is unique and given the geography there are no regular roads (for cars), but small sidewalks linking houses hotels that is something very unique. The piazzetta has four bar/restaurants surrounding with outside seating, and is a bustling place to see and be seen. Highlights for us are the town itself, Villa Jovis (residence of a Roman emperor), the Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra), the piazetta, and beaches at Il Fariglioni or Marina Piccola. For those that like a good walk or hike there are paths around various aspects of the island. We like the hike up to Monte Solero - this is a hard hike not for the faint of heart but is rewarded by fantastic views, a beautiful secluded church, and the restaurant on top (one can also take a chairlift up from Anacapri). If you do it, you burn enough calories to eat and drink what you want the entire day! Anacapri is very different and quieter, but definitely worth a visit if one has time.
One must be aware of a few things which may be viewed as pros or cons. Capri does have a 'jetset' vibe, particularly around the piazzetta, with prices to match. it also is a big destination for tourists coming on cruises for day tours, so the town center can become very crowded for the middle of the day (better to be walking around or at a beach in peak hours). The beaches are rocky, but the many very unique owing to formed by lava rocks (e.g. La Fontelina). None of the above limited our enjoyment and we find Capri to be a truly unique and magical destination

Fabulous location just a few steps from the main shopping and restaurant ares of Capri so a bit quieter and the views over the monastery and the sea absolutely fantastic. Everything you expect from a stay on Capri.
As we visited towards the end of the season we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and sea views. The room was wonderful, blue and white, airy and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming.
Lovely interior fabrics and architectural colors. Quiet in the middle of the bustling commercial center of Capri. Very convenient transportation, book a luggage porter with the hotel, and you can walk from the taxi to the hotel very easily. The hotel pool is not large, but it is pleasant in the mountains and has a beautiful view of the sea.
It is possible to use the swimming pool and bath before entering the room.
We loved staying at the Capri Wine Hotel! The location was so great, only a short 10 mins to the city centre and bus stop was right in front of the hotel. The included breakfast was more than you would imagine - the most delicious homemade pastries and fresh eggs, juices, coffees and fruit from their gardens. The staff was so incredibly attentive and kind. It was 5 star service from beginning to end!
The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the center of Capri. All staff were very kind.
Breakfast was very good quality.
We really liked rooms with balcony. They stated that they upgraded our room, this was very kind.
Swimming pool area was very nice.
We would like to thank the reception and restaurant staff for their kind services.
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Dani, Capri. We stayed for two nights and the location was great for the town centre and exploring the island. Atonio was extremely helpful with his advise and booking us restaurants as well. The room was very modern and clean and the decor of the whole hotel was lovely.
