The apartment (and the whole building) are very clean and very modern which we liked so much! The staff is very awesome and helpful, they are available 24h on whatsapp. Everything exists in the apartment (except of food - so don't expect even coffee or tea - bring your own coffee as there is the italian moca coffee machine). The location is exactly next to a bus station, but like 10 mins walking to the main center places. There are no keys, instead you have to open all the doors by code which is easier and there's no risk to miss the keys. So make sure that your phones battery don't die - or write the codes on a paper and keep it with you.

Location is perfect. The staff was very helpful. We arrived a little later than the check in time, we called ahead and the staff provided us with a very clear instruction how to get our keys into our Apartments. The room is very spacious and even have the walk in closet!

The location was superb, just in the middle of the historic center, with wonderful small restaurants around. There is an incredible coffee place and patisserie just in front of the building and a very nice Persian restaurant. The host is fantastic, very sweet and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Nice and spacious flat, fully equipped, inside everything you need to stay. Even towel warmer at the wall, where you can dry your clothes. Very good location, fev minutes to the city center. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. Free underground parking few metres away.

Very well located, nearby public transports and station Porta Nuova, also a good starting point to walk and explore the center area of the city. The apartment is well equipped, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It happened to rain a couple of days and it was great to find umbrellas for guest use. Federico did a great job welcoming us and explaining how we could better enjoy the city, the attention to detail is fantastic. The breakfast area equipped with good Italian products is a plus. Looking forward to the next visit.

We liked everything about this apartment, the size, location, apartment facilities, generous food, butter cake, biscuits, milk, eggs, and the list goes on. Every minute detail has been thought of ! Definitely 10/10, without a doubt ! The host is super fantastic, very responsive, very kind and helpful.     It is in the ground floor and is probably some service room converted into a loft with lots of smart solutions. The design solution of the apartment is very cool and original. The custom lights, decoration, furniture, design of the loft apartment is creative and has everything you need. The communication with the owner was very easy and the entrance to the flat was straightforward. We could park just in front of the apartment.

    The apartment arrangement was nice and it had everything we wanted for our short stay. The bathroom was very nice and well refurbished. The host was very helpful and flexible and even offered us a late check out without us asking for it, because the flat would be free the other day.
