The are is totally safe, there are a fair few homeless around but they don't interact with passers by. The building is also completely secure. The flat itself is very well equipped and the owner is quick to respond to any messages. There is also an amazing bakey across the road called pastelerías esperanza. The apartment is of modern design and is well stocked with essentials: bedding, flatware, appliances. Some previous guests were nice enough to leave their streaming accounts logged in on the smart TV. The building is secured with 24 guards, key-cards to unlock the elevator, and a 6-digit door code at the apartment. The apartment has a Yale 89088 safe which is quite roomy.
