This is place is really clean, the bed is super comfortable!! We really felt like home! Everything is in good care, like new! Exactly like the pictures! The only downside for us is that we couldn’t enjoy it more because we came late from our fight and the next day we had to leave early! It’s perfect to relax!

Felt very secure as the security guards were at the entrance. Key collection was very smooth. Tidy small room but provided all you need. Fast and stable wi-fi and smart TV. The washing machine, air conditioner and hot water shower worked well. All cutlery and cooking utensils were in good condition. The little play area next to the swimming pool was the bonus. Our 5 years old kids enjoyed playing there while we waited for a taxi to arrive.

The Condo is not very close to the City Center or the places of night life activities but has a good Connection to the Airport, SM Mall and Ayala center. The Condo, Pool, Gym and the building are in a good condition and you have a nice View over the Seaside of Cebu. It is a nice and quiet place to stay and there is a nice native foodcourt as well as an (expensive) Korean Restaurant in the neighbourhood. Some fastfood Restaurants are in Walking distance. The Condo has been quite perfectly equipped. The only thing that has been missing for me was a sharp knife for chopping.
