The location cannot be beat! Just a short walk to the beach, and basically no one there! It's just about a 30 min drive to the airport, we were able to get to the ferry to go to Culebra in about 30 min and the entrance to El Yunque is just a little over 10 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from and very quiet.

I loved the location of this property. It was near El Yunque, Luquillo beach, a gas station, and you could walk out and visit of a bunch of nice shops and restaurants all along the street. I also loved the decoration and aesthetic of the room. The microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer were very useless as well!

There wasn’t anywhere to place a suitcases to be opened like a luggage stool. The bed was a little uncomfortable for us maybe because we’re used to king size.

The apt is centric. There’s shopping, beaches and rainforest nearby. The apt bedroom is a bit on the smaller size but overall comfortable. Beds and futon comfortable as well. Host is very kind and attentive.

Lots of little extras like coffee, aloe and sunscreen. Signs in both English and Spanish. Bedroom air conditioner worked very well. Definitely close to El Yunque and Luquillo Beach.

    The location is amazing and close to seemingly everything, including el yunque and the beach! Eventhough everything is close you should really make sure to have a rental car. Everything was clean and the apartment came equipped with lots of basics like sunscreen, bug spray, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. I would recommend the Rico pan bakery just down the street for breakfast. Very affordable, healthy, and good serving size. Was a great stay, if I ever return to Rio Grande, I will once again stay here!

Property owner, Cesar has thoughtfully equipped the apartment with everything you need to relax and make yourself at home. Surrounding grounds are filled with birds and wildlife. Quiet, peaceful, a perfect getaway.

    The property is secluded, gated and very secure with 24h security. It’s a beach front community and the condo is a 2 min walk to the beach. Very well maintained and clean spotless. There is a balcony for evening chats. It has everything a family needs for a beach vacation including kitchen utensils, washer dryer, beach chairs and beach toys. Parking is included and designated.
