Location is very nice, close to the Bodi Lake. Very nice interior and exterior design, available terace with barbecue facilities, parking place. We were very pleased surprised as we found fruits, also coffee available for the espressor and very nice kandies. The owners are nice and very helpful providing a lot of helpful information. A great location that we will happily visit again.

We really felt like home and we had the best vacation. The hosts welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness, qualities that you rarely find in people nowadays. We really enjoyed their company and discussions with them. Our little daughter enjoyed the company of the nice dogs and cats on the property and the generous yard. The location is great and very quiet. The house is equipped with everything you need, it is very clean and well maintained, the towels and linen were changed often. Everything at superlative level. It was the best vacation. Unforgettable. We will return with great pleasure whenever we have the opportunity. We are thankful to find such great people and places in our beautiful country. We highly recommend.

Calin's apartment was a great place to stay in Baia Mare. Very near to the centre, but yet in a very quiet and safe area. It is a very modern, comfortable, and well arranged apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom and bathroom are comfortable and well designed. It is close to shops and public transport. The home offers great views and is also well suited for work.

Super, exactly what is needed for an excelent stay, no added trinkets, sufficient space for 2 adults and 2 kids, everything clean and in working order, everythink you need is in walking distance. Add all that to an excelent and helpfull host and you got the perfect place to stay in Baia Mare at an excelent price for all (young/old/family/bussiness).

This is the second time staying here, and after the first time I knew I would first search for this place when coming to Baia Mare. The location is perfect in the old center, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Some people might find it small, and I find it perfectly sized for one or two people. Equipped with a refrigerator, tosti maker, dishes, coffee, tea, and even some candy! It's always clean, and very cozy. Some people should know it's attached to another business that can get a little loud weekend evenings, though for me this has never been a problem. Highly recommended to stay here for your travels!
