Amazing Stay, Highly Recommended! I stayed for two nights in February 2025, and it was a fantastic experience. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect..just a short walk to great restaurants.The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful local tips and ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely book again!

The host was very accommodating. He was good at communicating and resolved any issue promptly. The room was new and was very beautiful. The amenities were really good. We had some few issues but considering it was new construction they were expected. Any time I am in Arusha I'll definitely stay here if it's available. Looking forward to the owner adding a swimming pool in the compound too. Also the host suggested really good places for dinner, shopping, banking and swimming.

    The Rayan apartment is very cozy and clean. The room and living room is very spacial. It was positioned at a very local community which allow us to experience local life and people. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and he help us order dinner also it was very late when we arrived. The breakfast is well organized and fresh. Glad we started our trip with stay at Ryan’s!
