The apartment is spacious, well appointed, with a lovely view of the river. The property is very secure with a gated parking area. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything functioned perfectly. It's just a short walk from the beach and the commercial heart of Seaside.

Quiet neighborhood and plenty of privacy. Good views for morning and night with plenty of sun. The elevator was especially handy for hauling in and out bags and groceries. Big beds were super comfortable and everything was tidy. Everything was just perfect and labeled to help us identify what was what, very helpful. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach. There is a mini-mart next door, doesn't have a lot of specialty items, but can find some necessities people may forget or run out of.
