There is a tunnel right next to property that leads to Garmish under the train tracks was easy to get to grocery store and zugspitz/eibsee cogswheel train, bus was right outside the condo as well, great base to visit zugsitz, Eibsee, Gorge, and Retinal trail

The place is located in a quiet, safe and pleasant neighbourhood. It is only 15 minutes away from the city. The apartment is very clean and spacious. We stayed on the apartment with balcony which we loved. The AP walls seems to be thick as we heard absolutely no noise from other apartments. The apartment kitchen had everything we need to prepare meals. The shower is amazing! The towels and bed sheets are clean and smells clean too… no smell of vinegar 🙌🏻. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The plus for me was I could park the rented car on the building garage for free as there is not a lot of parking space around the building. The building has an elevator. There is a grocery shop only 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment with freshly baked pretzels and a delicious cornbread. Petrol station around the corner. We did not use the public transport but the train station is nearby. We loved the place and I would definitely go back in there.

We were really happy with everything and would recommend this place.
