The receptionists were extremely friendly, the room was extraordinary, clean, beautiful, and spacious just like the pictures. We came late and they had everything made for us. It’s very close to the M4 and to S5/S6 which go to the centre. It’s easy and very practical. They had a snack bar at the rooftop. It was perfect. I would go back again.

It is a fantastic location, well connected and beautifully presented! I stayed here with 3 friends for a city break trip, and we had a fab time. The apartment was lovely, clean, modern, with luxurious finishings. The two bathrooms were perfect. We never had a problem managing time. All was quiet, temperature easy to regulate, towels and bedsheets aplenty and the tea was delicious! The beds were very comfy. We slept super well. Very well situated close-by to supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, metro and central statuon - it was the best location for us. We opted for the late checkout the night before, which was managed super easily - the app is brilliant, and the frequent whatsapp communication helps a lot! At checkout we were stuck in traffic and arrived a tiny bit later, they quickly extended our stay a bit longer so we had time to get our things, super professional and friendly! We would definitely book again - truly better than some 4-star hotels in this area of Milan!

The room was super clean and bathroom was so nice and big. Staff is very helpful and kind. Bed, pillows was pretty comfortable and it has a small balcony which you can enjoy the view. It was not problem for us but it’s 20 mins far from lake by bus. It is very nice journey with a view of Lake Como but good to keep it in mind.
