We needed them and it was a great when we found out we could simply use them.

AC was a life saver, very clean and new looking apartment, comfortable couch and bed, washing machine with a dryer was extremely useful too. Kitchen with everything you'd need. 10/10

Minutes walk to old town and right next to Paulo Turgus - a very cool food hall with many restaurants, bars and cool shopping area right next door to the lofts!
