A peaceful slice of paradise! My bungalow was pivate, airy, leafy, and I could watch birds drinking from coconuts right at my window! Very clean, and run by nice people who have an excellent new restaurant across the street, which is better than any restaurant we tried in town. Yes, as all reviews say, it's up a steep hill, but you can take a taxi for 3,000 or just walk it as part of your daily exercise routine. I did, and it's a ~150m elevation gain which will help you get ready for adventurous hikes!

this is a very well set and managed hostel. Owner is there assuring highest quality delivery. The place is sober and neat and very comfortable.They are client-centered making sure anyone enjoys their stay. they know about the surroundings. Breakfast is also very good with fruits, rice with beans, eggs, bread, coffee and tea. i would totally recommend this place.

It’s the perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. 5 minutes drive from amazing beaches and Montezuma town and 30 minutes from Santa Teresa. The staff was so attentive and nice, suggesting great places to go and helping books tours and surfing lessons. We spent 4 nights and could have stayed one more week. Great breakfast too.

The location is exceptional as it is just a few steps from downtown and there are laundry services across the street. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again. There is no hot water but this is fairly common there and there was no fridge in the room but there was a community kitchen accessible to us at anytime.

The view and location are amazing. This is a peaceful and quiet place where you can enjoy sunrises with a cup of local coffee sitting near little Spanish styled villa, watching birds in the garden, waking up by howler monkeys growl, relaxing after rainforest trails in a swimming pool. The owner was very kind and shared information what we can visit in the area, we felt very welcome here. Our shower was outside, but it gave additional pleasure. After two nights we decided to spend one more in this place. Definitely we would like to come back. To reach this location we recommend using the road from Montezuma, it's better than the route Google suggested.
