The place is amazing. The best I have seen in Dominican Republic. Fantastic view, fantastic place and a super welcoming owner. The sunset and the view from the pool is one of the best I’ve seen in my life. The private beach is also amazing. This is the place to go in Las Galeras!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful apartment in Bella Villa for two weeks and were truly impressed and happy from start to finish. The apartment is exceptionally clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The property is stunning—immaculate grounds filled with lush greenery, and a gorgeous pool that’s always sparkling and inviting. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location is ideal—just a short walk (15 minutes) to the charming village of Las Galeras, where you’ll find everything you need, delicious local restaurants, groceries and supplies. The friendly local moto taxis will get you back home in just a few minutes. Even better, you are only a few minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic—La Playita, where you can rent a lounge chair for the day and enjoy the solitude at one end or the slightly busier vibe towards the beach restaurant at the other. One of the best parts of the experience was the people. The local community is so warm and welcoming—it’s easy to feel like you belong here. The on-site caretakers, Marilin and her husband, are incredibly helpful and attentive, always around if you need anything and ensuring everything at Bella Villa is clean, safe, and peaceful. The owners, Juan and Maria, are very welcoming and immediately responsive if you have any questions. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore this beautiful area, or enjoy the local culture, Bella Villa is a perfect and safe home base. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely fantastic host that went above and beyond to accommodate me. Lovely property that they are turning into a hotel style stay. They do live on the property. Beautiful overlook over the jungle with good sunsets, very comfortable bed, wonderful AC. Owners family is very friendly, daughter washed my clothes for me. Very kind and loving family made me feel like I was at home!

CASA POR QUE SI !!! We love the location , also the gardens , Breakfast unbelievable delicious! Monica is a great host ! We walk to La Playita , also walk to the beach next to us after 10 minutes walk we ended up in another beautiful beach ,,, you will have to walk through two hotels the beaches are not private so you can go ahead . We went to Playa Frontón and Madame by Boat next to the Casa por que No , also another day took a Moto taxi to Playa Rincon ,,, must and spend the Day there . Galeras. Is nice town ,, and the bus from Santo Domingo literally stops at the beach next to the casa por que no . We felt safe on Galeras and Playa Rincon , must ..
